Coming Up! A Look Ahead

Spring brings change, snow melts, grass greens up, turkeys start strutting and plans get changed thanks to COVID 19… yup, this spring has been a real doozy so far and at this point our turkey hunting plans are up in the air. We’ve had a slam dunk of hunt yanked out from under our boots just last week and our plan B hunt doesn’t look promising. That’s life though and we will look as far down the alphabet as needed to some up with a viable hunt for turkeys this spring.

In the meantime we’ve got some new stuff in the works for you, the most exciting of which is a podcast. That’s correct, The Wingmen Podcast will be heading your way quickly, just as soon as I can figure out what the hell I’m doing with all that equipment. In all seriousness, we are excited to bring our own brand and unique flavor to the world of podcasts and think you’ll like what we have to offer. Stay tuned!

As for upcoming content you can expect to see a blog on turkey gear, specifically Sitka, Federal Premium, and our newest partner, CZ shotguns. Calling strategies for tough Toms is on the docket, exactly where to find what turkey species across North America and one of our favorite Turkey recipes.

Yes, it’s all things turkey right now and we are cool with that. Here’s to hoping you can and do get out and chase goebbels this spring.
